BY PURCHASING AN ANIMAL, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WÁCOOL AXOLOTLS AS WRITTEN BELOW.
Must be 18 or older to purchase an animal. If under 18, please have a parent or guardian contact us on your behalf.
Payments: Payments can be made through Zelle, PayPal Friends and Family, Venmo, Cashapp, or through the website.
We do not offer payment plans.
Shipping: Currently we prefer to ship straight to your home. A photo ID is required by FedEx with the matching name on the shipping label. Shipping is done with signature required FedEx Priority Overnight, or Two Day Shipping (Mondays and Tuesdays ONLY) with cost based on your zip code. To make a shipping label, we require your first and last name (as it appears on your ID), address, phone number, and email. One day delays can happen, however boxes will be packed with this in mind. We will not ship in temperatures below 35°F or above 100°F.
In the United States, Axolotls are ILLEGAL to own in California, Maine, New Jersey, and D.C. while a permit is required in New Mexico and Hawaii.
Live Arrival Guarantee: Live Arrival is only guaranteed if you are home to sign for the package. If the animal is dead on arrival, please immediately send us a clear picture of how the axolotl arrived and a clear picture of the axolotl out of the bag.
All Axolotls will be packaged with food pellets and a care guide. Please ensure your tank is established prior to adding your axolotl.
